Important - Please Read:


(1) Most of our communication is through texts and email. You must opt-in for text messages. Text START to 208-565-2377 to receive important messages about your services.


(2) Make sure gates are unlocked and our crews have access to your yards on your service day. 


(3) For the health and safety of our crews, customers, and customers' pets: If you have pets, please remove waste from your yards before our crews arrive. Animal waste can get tracked by equipment, clothing, and shoes into other customers' yards and infect other pets and people. Our employees have become ill in the past from dog waste flying up from mowers and weed-eaters and hitting their faces. It also gets tracked into enclosed trailers and trucks. Then the crews must go to the car wash (which they do not have extra time for) to clean off equipment, so as not to track it to other customers' yards - some of whom do not own pets!


On the first occurrence, the crew usually sends a friendly reminder. If it happens again or is excessive, the crew will charge a $25.00 fee, which will cover the time needed to stop and clean off equipment, or additional time and grass for mowing the following week if they must skip mowing.


(4) To optimize our crews' efficiency and avoid any additional fees, we kindly ask that you remove any trash, toys, furniture, fruit from trees, or other obstacles from the lawns before our team's arrival (Our crews can move trampolines). By ensuring the lawns are clear, our crews can focus on providing a thorough and timely service, without the risk of going over their allotted time for your property. 


(5) Set the sprinklers to "OFF" the day of your service, AND the day before your service. 


(6) For the convenience of our customers and staff, we are a pay-as-you-go service company. For recurring services, we send invoices and require payments weekly. The easiest way to do this is to save your credit or debit card information, or your bank account for ACH payments, and then select the automatic payment option, in our secure Client Portal. We will send another email with a link to set up your account in our Client Portal.


** Please be aware that for all one-time jobs, like mowing, fertilization, yard clean-up, rocks, bark, sprinkler inspections, repairs, blowouts, aerations, or other services, it is mandatory to have a valid credit card or a bank account for ACH saved in our portal.


If there is no payment method saved by the day before the scheduled service, our crew or technician will NOT be dispatched to your property.



If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us so that we can assist you in entering or setting up your payment information.


One-time jobs may also require a deposit for materials (rocks, bark, etc.)


(7) If our crews can not complete your services due to locked gates, sprinklers being on, dogs/pets in the yard, other service providers performing services at your property, etc., you may still be charged for a visit.


(8) Our crews still work when we get a little rain or snow; however, for our crews' safety, to prevent ruts in our customers' yards, and for optimal results, they must stop if we are getting downpours, thunderstorms, or excessive snow. They will get all of our customers caught up in the following few days. If it continues to rain or snow on "make-up" days, they will have to skip you until the weather permits.

 

(9) If there were services on your estimate that you did not accept and you decide you want to add them at a later date, please text, email, send a message through the Client Portal, or call and we can add other services. We are excited to share our great service with you! We appreciate your business!
